Eric Clayton:
Eric Clayton is a Nisga'a from New Aiyansh, BC, Canada. He is an active member of the Wolf Tribe - Gitwilnaak'il - and hails from the House of Duuk. His Nisga'a name is Gal gwo'oskw (to fade in and out like a ghost).
Clayton is a carver and artist who works with wood, prints and moose bone. He has been carving and producing art since he was a young boy. Committed to the preservation of the Nisga'a culture, his works are mainly depictions of Nisga'a stories (adawaak).
Clayton's work is featured in private and corporate collections across the world.
